The direction of Orange Estate Management,from a group of companies “ Orange Group”, acquired a brutal building on Dachniy Ave, 17 k 2A.
Built in 1973, it definitely stands out among the existing facilities that are managed by the OEM.
The building houses an important tenant of “ Rostelecom” – the main provider of communication services to the population.
Currently, the company  actively works on the adaptation and approval of the reconstruction of the 5-storey building and the plot under lease for modern needs.
