The investor's return is 9.97% per annum or 2,726 rubles per square meter per month. All the units in the hotel were sold out before the official opening. Today, the financial growth in the secondary housing market is 25%. The occupancy rate of the hotel fully meets our expectations (the average for 7 months is 82, 53%).
